Amol Annasaheb Sakhale is a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with over three years of relevant experience. He is currently working at o9 solutions, where he is responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models to improve business processes. Amol is a second-year Master's student in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of California, San Diego, specializing in Machine Learning and Data Science. Prior to joining UCSD, he completed an integrated 5-year dual degree program in Electrical Engineering with M.Tech Specialization in Instrumentation and Signal Processing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Amol's previous experience includes working as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering and as a Specialist Software Engineer at Societe Generale Global Solution Center in Bangalore, India. At Societe Generale, he developed an enterprise application in Java that preprocesses financial market data, performs multiple operations according to user input on different financial instruments, and makes it available to many downstream applications. He also developed software in Python for anomaly detection on the market data for different financial products. Amol completed professional training on SQL Database, Object-Oriented Software design (Java SE/EE). Amol has a strong technical background in ML, Software Engineering, Data Science, Research Science, SQL, Java, and Python. He is passionate about using his skills to develop innovative solutions that solve real-world problems.
